My air in my car went out. I called Mr Joe they got my air working by the next morning. Very prompt, friendly and reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend using him. Exceptional work.

Brought my car in that was running hot and had no ac. When I got the call with the estimate to replace the radiator and compressor I almost choked. I went and picked up my car and brought it to another mechanic that replaced both parts AND gave me an oil change for HALF of what Joe’s tried to charge me. Just beware is all that I can say. They should be ashamed of themselves. When the other mechanic saw the estimate sheet he himself was in utter shock.

2 years and 4 mechanics later Joe was the one that turned the check engine light off on my 2018 VW GTI. Couldn’t be happier with the service they provided.

Fantastic group. Quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Rates are a touch high but you absolute get what you pay for. I now consider them to be my mechanics. JoAnn at the front desk runs the operation efficiently!

I have always brought my cars to Joe in Biloxi. The business is not what it used to be . Bring car in for oil leak. They call back and said transmission issues we will not touch. Brought car to transmission shop and they discovered it was an oil housing filter was leaking. Just pretty sad that someone who has been working on cars this long would say it’s a transmission leak. Thanks for the accurate diagnostic check !!!
